
The story of Irish fighter pilot Brendan "Paddy" Finucane, who at the age of just 21, became the youngest ever wing commander in the Royal Air Force, and one of its greatest and most celebrated fighter aces during World War II. The film follows his career from a boy dreaming of flying to becoming and Irish volunteer into the R.A.F. in 1938 and his rise to become one of the R.A.F.'s most successful fighter pilots.
