Themes

The film contains fantasy themes as a group of mutant flame wielding humans called Mad Burnish, threaten to destroy the world. Using mecha powers, the Burning Rescue try to counteract them, but Governor Kray has a plan of his own, using the Burnish for his own experimental purposes.
