LEGO 2K Drive is a racing-adventure game based on the building block toy brand centred around the sport of motor racing. The game takes place in the fantastical racing themed world of Bricklandia where all the buildings and objects are made of LEGO bricks and inhabited by LEGO minifigures.

Themes

The game contains very mild crude humour using play on words such as “I love big nuggets and I cannot lie!” and “Today's race is brought to you by Big Butte Office Chairs. That’s right! They say you’re only happy when you have a Big Butte! Why, I’m sitting on my shiny red Big Butte right now!

Violence

The game contains very mild violence with the option for players repeatedly to drive their vehicles into Lego minifigure pedestrians as well as animals, get knocked away while screaming comically then vanish and reappear at their original location. There are no rewards or penalties for targeting the human LEGO minifigures. Random power-ups also enable weapons to be attached to the vehicle that the racers can use against each other, including a homing rocket, twin laser cannons, rolling bombs that explode on contact, and a supersonic shockwave.

Language

The game contains very mild coarse language with the use of the words 'butt' and 'jerk'.

Online interactivity

The game contains online interactivity in the form of submitting for approval by a third-party moderator, custom vehicles players create and wish to use in online modes. There is no player-to-player communication option available.
