Fifth Midnight is an Indian action film in which a psychologist, Anwar, becomes involved in the hunt for a serial killer. The film is in Malayalam with English subtitles.

Themes

Thematic material includes serial killing of police officers, a staged suicide and the cover-up of an implied rape of a girl by a priest.

Violence

Several police officers are abducted and killed by a serial killer and his accomplices. The bodies of victims are viewed with bloody wounds to their faces and torsos.

One man’s cocaine dealing is discussed and a woman is implied to smoke a joint.
