This research provides an updated understanding of community use and perceptions of the current classification system, including satisfaction with classification information and the perceived importance of classification, in order to inform policy development, communications and the work of the Classification Board. The research involved a national online survey of 2,000 Australians and a series of online and in-person focus groups across Australia with parents, teachers and other carers, including CALD and First Nations community members.
