This study involved 10 focus groups in Sydney, Adelaide and Rockhampton and a survey of over 2,000 people aged 14 to 75. It explored how regularly and in what circumstances people use classification, information-seeking and monitoring behaviour particularly about children’s media, and perceptions of classification, including tendency to agree with Classification decisions and consideration of the ongoing role and nature of classification.
